The facilities and the rooms.
You can hear a lot of noise in the room from the outside, they have poor acoustic insulation.

Disappointing :(
-clean -nice and large rooms
-pool was very dirty, we didn't dare to go in (this was disappointing because we mainly chose this hotel because of the pool) -breakfast was okayish, but scrambled eggs were more soup than eggs :( -our door didn't lock sometimes but we couldn't check while we were inside the room so at night we had to put the armchair under the handle of the door to lock it

So so rooms and it took a while to get hot water in shower. Check- in process was horrible.
The check-in process was horrible. They took our passports and said it would take 5 minutes. Well that sure didn’t happen. After two inquiries we finally got our rooms after 35 minutes. There wasn’t anyone else in the lobby waiting with us. Very frustrating.
